• Cottages are rented by the week in the summer and each has a different cost, cleaning fee, and 6% Michigan sales tax.  A $250 damage deposit is required and returned as soon as possible at the end of the rental. 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking and remainder due upon arrival. Linens are not provided. Cleaning fees apply.

Cottage 1: 3 bedrooms: 1 queen , 1 twin trundle and 1 standard in a loft , 1 bath. It is furthest from the water, yet has lake views from the porch.

Cottage 9: A modern duplex with 3 bedrooms up with a king in the Master (can be split into twins) and two bedrooms with 2 twins each. One full bath in Master and one full bath down.

Notes: At the 300ft beach there is a dock, paddle boards, play area for children, and nightly bonfires. You will also find boat moorings, and a swim raft out on "the blue line".

The large yard has picnic tables, badminton, volleyball and horseshoes.. There is a rec hall with a ping pong table, and community yard games. A laundry room is located in the rec hall.

Each cottage has a TV and there is internet on the entire property. There is also a charcoal grill available at every cottage (charcoal not provided).

No cottage is further than 400 ft. from the beach and all have lake views. Renters provide their own sheets and towels.
